at jagger we’re always looking for new members for our burger team. our mission is to serve high quality burgers and to provide our guests with the best service. that’s why we’re looking for staff who’s committed and wants to be a part of our brand and culture.

we offer several different positions at jagger. we aim to create caring, serviceminded staff and passionate leaders, and that’s why we’ve created a career path for our staff to follow. read about the different career levels below.


FRONT


Youth worker

our youth workers are an important part of our team. together with your colleagues you will be helping out with packing food for takeaway, taking orders from our guests and serving food in the restaurant. it’s important that you’re serviceminded and have a positive attitude.


BUZZER

buzzers are the ones welcoming our guests in the restaurants. as a buzzer, you’re representing jagger, and your main task is to provide our guests with the best service. it’s important that you keep a positive attitude and a nice energy, and that you’re super serviceminded. we expect that you’re helpful towards your colleagues, and that you want to give our guests the best experience, every day.


Service MANAGER

store managers are responsible for the daily operations in 1 restaurant in collaboration with their manager. beside providing our guests with the best possible service every day, you’re also co-responsible for training of staff, ordering and cleaning.
it’s important that you keep a positive attitude, and that you’re a team player. We expect you to come to work in a good mood and with lots of energy. as service manager you are helping to make sure that our guests are happier when the leave the restaurant, than when they arrived.


restaurant manager

as a restaurant manager, you’re the regional managers closest employee. other than service, your main responsibilities are leading your staff, training of buzzers and service managers and scheduling.
as a restaurant manager you have to be responsible, and you have to feel good about taking the lead. we prefer, that you have previous experience from the service industry. we expect, that you show up with a positive attitude, good energy, and that you motivate your staff every day.


regional manager

regional managers are responsible for 2+ restaurants in a region. you’re responsible for kpi’s, you validate all training and hiring within your region, and you motivate your employees to do their very best every day. HOWEVER, one of your most important jobs is service. you love service, and together with your team you will offer great service to our guests around four days a week. the rest of the time you’ll spend on administration.

in collaboration with your leaders, you’re responsible for hiring, training and scheduling within your region.
you are in contact with a lot of different people every day, so it’s important that you keep a positive mind and that you can keep your focus on a busy day.


kitchen


Youth worker

as a youth worker you will help our chefs in the kitchen. you are an important part of our kitchen team, and together with your colleagues you will be preparing food for our guests and help cleaning in the kitchen.


kitchen crew

as a member of our kitchen crew, your main task is to prepare food for our guests. furthermore, you’re maintaining high standards of cleaning and hygiene in the kitchen together with your colleagues. we expect you to be positive and to be helpful to your colleagues. we appreciate that you show up in a good mood every day.

kitchen experience is not necessary, we will teach you what you need to know.


shift manager

shift managers are contributing to the daily operations in the kitchen in 1 restaurant. your main tasks are preparing and ordering of goods, and you’re co-responsible for food- and hygiene control in collaboration with your kitchen manager. you have to be a team player, and we expect that you come to work in a good mood and with lots of energy.


kitchen manager

as kitchen manager you’re responsible for the daily operations in the kitchen in one of our restaurants - in collaboration with your manager. your main responsibilities are kpi’s, hygiene control, ordering of goods and inventory.
you are in contact with a lot of people every day, so it’s important that you stay focused and that you keep a positive mind and attitude. you have to motivate your staff every day, and we expect that you come to work in a good mood and with lots of energy.
